At the May 28 on-sale the box office started at $43 in Arthur Ashe, $139 in Louis Armstrong, $180 in the Grandstand and $65 for a grounds pass (Ticketmaster, the tournament's ticketing partner; the USTA publishes no price list and priced by demand). By late August most sessions had left the box office and the resale market was the supply; the pages below show what a pair really cost from then on.

How do I buy US Open tickets on WantToBuyTix?

Two ways. Buy a listed seat outright, priced all-in with the fees included, or post the price you want to pay for a session and zone and let sellers accept it. Either way your payment is held in escrow until the tickets are in your Ticketmaster account.

What does "name your own price" mean?

You post a buy offer for a session, zone and number of seats at the price you are willing to pay. Sellers who hold matching seats can accept it. The price you name is the price you pay.

Are the prices all-in?

Yes. Every listed price on WantToBuyTix includes fees, so the number you see is the number you pay at checkout.

When is the seller paid?

After the tickets transfer to your Ticketmaster account and you confirm you have them. Until then the payment sits in escrow.

Which US Open sessions are cheapest?

Early round day sessions and grounds passes are the least expensive; Arthur Ashe evening sessions and the later rounds cost the most. The sessions page shows the going rate for a pair in each zone of every session, updated through the day.
