WantToBuyTix is a ticket resale marketplace, not the primary ticket provider. Prices are set by users and may be above or below face value.
WantToBuyTix

For sellers

Sell your tickets into demand that is already waiting.

Fans post the event, the zone, the number of seats and the exact price they will pay. You sell into a standing offer instead of listing and hoping, right up to the start, when most resale sites have stopped selling.

Where listing and hoping leaves you

  • Most resale sites stop selling a few hours before the event.

That is exactly when a fan who couldn't go, or a block that didn't move, needs a buyer most. The seats expire with the clock.

  • Fees stack on both sides.

Between the buyer's service charge and the seller's cut, a listing can lose 20 to 30% of what the buyer actually paid. A ticket that does not sell at all loses everything.

  • You are guessing at the price.

A listing is a guess. Too high and it sits; too low and you gave money away. Nobody tells you what buyers would actually pay.

What we do differently

  • Demand first. Buyers have already posted what they will pay. You sell into a standing offer, or counter it once. No guessing.

  • We do not shut off. Sell right up to the start. Verified buyers keep a card on file, so accepting their offer charges it on the spot.

  • You keep 90%. Our fee is about 10%, and every price the buyer sees already includes it. What you accept is what you are paid on.

  • An outlet, not a competitor. Keep your listings wherever they are. Use us for the seats that are not moving, in the final hours or well before.

Three ways to sell

Protected at every step

You do not have to take our word for anything. Look at the order things happen in.

  • The buyer pays first. Their money is charged and held in escrow before you transfer a single ticket. You are never sending tickets and hoping.

  • We never touch your tickets. They go straight from your Ticketmaster or team account to the buyer's, on the platform the tickets already live on.

  • You are paid through Stripe, into your own account, when the buyer confirms receipt. The same way every marketplace pays you, without the wait.

Holding seats you will not use?

You do not list and wait here. You sell straight into an offer that already has a buyer behind it, so you get paid fast with no chasing. Not seeing a number you like? List the seats at your price, or counter the offer once.

WantToBuyTix is a demand-first ticket marketplace. Fans get in at a price they named, you clear seats and keep more of the money. Escrow protects both sides on every sale. Demand figures are our own buy-offer totals, not sales.
