How It Works

Welcome to a unique, buyer-driven marketplace. Here, fans create the demand, and sellers fill it.

For Buyers

1

Post Your Offer

You start the process by posting an offer for the tickets you want. Specify the exact match, category, and number of tickets. This creates a firm demand that sellers can see.

2

Secure Payment via Stripe

When a seller matches your offer and their proof is verified, you'll make a secure payment via Stripe. Your money is held safely by us until the transaction is complete. If the seller doesn't deliver, you get a full refund.

3

Receive Your Tickets

The seller will transfer the tickets to you using the official FIFA transfer platform. We will notify you as soon as the tickets are sent.

4

Confirm Receipt

Log in to your official FIFA account to confirm you have received the tickets. Your confirmation is what allows us to release the payment to the seller.

For Sellers

1

Find an Offer and Sell

Instead of listing tickets, you browse active offers from buyers in the Market View. Find an offer that matches your tickets (match, category, and number of tickets) and click "Sell" to start the transaction.

2

Submit Proof of Tickets

After clicking "Sell", you submit proof of your tickets for verification. This is how we confirm tickets are real before any money changes hands.

3

Connect Your Stripe Account

To get paid, you'll connect your bank account through Stripe. They'll ask for some personal and banking details to verify your identity. This is standard for any payout platform and keeps your money secure. It's a one-time setup.

4

Transfer Tickets

Once the buyer pays, we'll ask you to transfer the tickets through the official FIFA platform.

5

Get Paid

After the buyer confirms receipt, we process your payout. We deduct a 10% transaction fee, and the remainder is sent directly to your bank account, typically arriving within 1-2 business days.

Live Auctions

New

Sellers can also list verified tickets in a competitive auction. Bid against other buyers, and whoever holds the highest bid when the clock runs out wins. The same secure escrow process protects every transaction.

How bidding works

1.Browse live auctions and place a bid above the current price. The minimum opening bid is set by the seller, often well below their reserve.
2.Watch for the Reserve met badge. Once it appears, the seller is committed to sell to the highest bidder when time expires.
3.If you're outbid, you'll get an email notification and can bid again. Only the winner pays.
4.When the auction closes, you'll receive a payment link. Your money is held in secure escrow until you confirm receipt of the tickets.

Why you can bid with confidence

Tickets verified before going live. We review proof of ticket ownership before any auction goes live.
Payment held in escrow. You pay after winning, and your money isn't released to the seller until you confirm the tickets arrived in your FIFA account.
Official FIFA transfer. Tickets are transferred through FIFA's official platform, the same secure system used for all resale transfers.
Full refund if something goes wrong. If the seller doesn't transfer the tickets, your payment is refunded in full.
